If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact email@example.com 14 days from the date of delivery. Please include photos of your item, as well as your preference for a replacement or exchange.
Items will only be eligible for a replacement if they fall into one of the following categories: defective item, poor quality print, incorrect item, damaged in transit.
IF WE ARE NOT CONTACTED WITHIN THE 14-DAY TIME FRAME, A REPLACEMENT OR EXCHANGE MAY NOT BE ISSUED.
